Further we offer a range of accredited short courses in Food safety, First Aid and RSA delivered by external registered training providers. **

SITHFAB002 Provide Responsible service of Alcohol

All people serving alcohol in Victoria need this certificate which is approved by the Director of Liquor Licensing Victoria. The RSA program covers a range of topics including: • Problems associated with excessive consumption alcohol and the law • the question of who is responsible for RSA • facts about alcohol • improving the atmosphere of your premises • handling difficult customers All new staff will have one month from the date they are involved in the supply of alcohol to attend a Victorian approved RSA course.

Food Safety training for all staff and food safety supervisors. Ideal for those seeking work or working in the hospitality industry, intending to start their own restaurant/take away business, working with children/ aged care workers, school canteens, people selling food at markets. All assessment completed in class on the day. Nationally recognized for the Hospitality/Retail, Community and Health Services and Food processing industries

Level 1, Level 2 (supervisors) & Level 1 & 2 (supervisors)  (NB: Level 1 is a pre-requisite for Level 2)
For your convenience we offer Level 1, Level 2 and a combined course with Level 1 and 2 to gain food Safety Supervisors training in one day.  Additional Fees apply for extra units.

Provide First  Aid HLTAID003 

This is a first aid level II course which will give you the skills to provide basic first aid and manage the casualty(s) and the incidents at work, home, sport or play

Provide Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting

During this course you will work partially on-line at a time that is convenient to you and then attend two sessions for your practical learning. To complete the HLTAID004 there are more online questions to be answered. For more information please contact Lynex Health on 9704 1633

Provide First Aid (HLTAIDOO3) Update

Has your certificate nearly run out? This one day workshop is for renewing your certificate. It enables you to refresh your knowledge and demonstrate you have the required competencies. Please produce your previous certificate at the commencement of this course.

Provide CPR (HLTAID001)

CPR updates are recommended annually in some workplaces. All aspects of CPR will be covered and assessed.

Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis (22300VIC)

This course is a must for parents, carers, school staff and individuals with a recognised life threatening allergic reaction to assist by giving adrenalin via a pre-loaded injection device. This includes the Epi and Ana Pen.
