Social skills workshops for individuals requiring support in day to day interactions.  At the Foundation College Repploy program all courses are formulated to promote self-awareness and confidence for community, education and employment participation.

Courses and Workshops

  • Building interactions – Communication, accepting others, tolerance, setting boundaries, friendships and relationships
  • Independence – Choices natural and logical outcomes, filling in form and goal setting
  • Self-awareness – emotional and self-regulation, trigger awareness and management
  • Community inclusions – social networking, making connections, independent travel, problem identification and resolution
  • Communication – Assertive communication, self-advocacy, Boundaries and expectations, confident interactions, understanding sarcasm and idioms.
  • Behavioural ownership – Rigid thinking, Problem solving, Honesty, Responsibility and positive characteristic traits

Individualised workshops or program pathways offered.

Schools and EDU

  • 22129VIC Certificate I in Transition. Education – SDS – young adults transitioning from final year of education to employment or further study. Identified individuals starting to disengage from the education system.

Professional Workshops

  • Identifying interventions when working with people on the autism Spectrum and associative behaviours – designed to enhance positive interactions for carers, support workers, teachers, case managers and disability sector students and professionals


  • Teaching individuals with ASD and Comorbid diagnosis – Supporting classroom inclusion


  • Understanding the hidden language of ASD for employers

This course is designed as an introduction to Admin course addressing hands-on learning of practical skills for support roles within the office administration.

Duration: 1 Session

Day/Time: Friday 15th March 9:30am – 2:30pm (5 Hours)

Fee:  $50.00 per person ($30.00 concession)
